Jack Donaghy's Blooper Reel.
I dunno if you saw this clip or not, but this montage of Alec Baldwin's "bad acting" for a GE instructional video is priceless. Sure, some level of you knows that it's scripted, but Baldwin does such an AMAZING job of looking inept that he totally sells it.
My favorite line?
"When I ask you for the line, don't give it to me. No matter what I say, don't give it to me."
(beat)
"Line."
(beat)
"Line?"
(the offstage PA says, "Product Integration")
Donaghy immediately cuts her off - "I told you NOT to give me the line!"
Brilliant.

Have you seen "The Audition" in "Mr. Show"? That bit, stretched out for about three minutes. Priceless.
"Product Integortion?" I lost it when he just fell backwards for no apparent reason.
"The Audition" is f-ing brilliant. According to Odenkirk, Dino, the guy with the beard, would just pop in for a few days, write the perfect sketch, and leave. That one is so tight and well timed, I think it's safe to call it a classic.
I would also recommend the auditions from "Waiting for Guffman" for a good laugh. Parker Posey does a wonderfully horrible rendition of "teacher's pet" that will crack you up.
